Undertake overseas projects and foreign-funded projects at home within the industry; Export equipment and material required for the above projects; Send personnel for project construction, production and services abroad; Establish enterprises overseas according to State rules. Undertake various contracts for universal industrial and civilian construction projects; Operate independently and as an agent the import and export of commodities and technologies except for 16 export commodities organized by the State and the 14 export commodities subject to approval by the State. Conduct business of processing raw materials on clients' demands, assembling parts for the clients and processing according to the clients' samples; Engage in compensation trade; Operate targeted trade and re-export trade; internal trade (Some are subject to approval by the state authorities); Train personnel.
